Hey, today I'm going to invite you to reevaluate those thoughts that served you SO well in the past. Sometimes, we outgrow thoughts. Kind of like our favorite pair of shoes as a child. When we first get them they're a little bit big and unfamiliar with so much wiggle room.. Then soon enough we've grown a little, they're broken in, and they become our FAVORITE go to shoe... But we continue to grow, and eventually they start causing us a little more discomfort.. and if we try to hold onto them it will certainly turn into pain.
