Description

Last week I heard the phrase "drop the should's and pick up the want to's" at the exact time I was teaching a class on our "shoulds". Then I started to notice it in coaching calls with clients. I started to get curious about WHY we do this to ourselves.

Today I wanted to talk about a few simple points of what's going on for us when we set the bar impossibly high for ourselves and expect to hit it... every time.

Once we gain understanding it becomes so much easier to deescalate and respond intentionally!
