Description

Jake Gifford  is a personal trainer & doctoral researcher from Chesham, with research interests in physical activity, weight and health inequalities. He  

looks at the broader social processes, barriers, and facilitators which impact health and well-being to better inform policy and reduce health inequalities across the population.

We discussed:
