To elucidate how we can chase high performance in sustainable ways, I sat down with Dr. Eric Helms.
Eric is a Research Fellow at the Sports Performance Research Institute New Zealand. He researches physique and strength sport, specifically training and nutrition, with an emphasis on long-term sport careers holistically integrated with life.
He is also a coach, athlete, author, and educator who is all about supporting lifting careers with sustainable methods.
