In this last episode of Season 1 of Her Stori, you'll hear my interview with the incredible Christina Kimbrough. She opens up about her struggle with anxiety, depression, her stay in a mental hospital, and suicidal ideation. She also shares with us that she is an alcoholic who is continuing to overcome substance abuse and at the time of recording was over 120 days sober! She relates to us on her struggle with self confidence and feeling like she's behind in life (don't we all). We also talk about the tragic death of George Floyd (recent at the time of recording) and how it is our job as white women to educate ourselves on the issue of race and to eradicate racism. As the interview comes to a close, Christina reminds us all how important it is to love ourselves and not put our self last on our To Do list.
