Colleen Mitchell is a life coach for women with type 1 diabetes, host of the podcast This is Type 1, epic fantasy novelist, and cat mom.
She published her first novel, Mark of Stars, in November 2021.
Her work with the T1D community has led her to dedicate her “after hours” life to diabetes education and emotional support, especially for newly diagnosed adults.
Living in the Montana Rockies with her husband and cat, Colleen doesn’t let T1D define what she does.
