Helen is a breast cancer survivor and a podcast host from Auckland, New Zealand.
After being diagnosed with breast cancer at 37 in 2018, she started podcasting as a way to figure out how to heal.
Her goal in starting The C Word Radio is to provide a space where people can authentically share how cancer has impacted them.
She want to change the conversation around cancer and empower people to heal physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Most importantly, she wanted to create a community where "cancery" people can connect and find a place to belong.
