Paquilla Jones is a traffic engineer based in W+A’s Silver Spring, who has a love for plants and jewelry making. Paquilla holds bachelors and masters degrees from Howard University’s College of Engineering and Architecture where she was president of the student chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers and also a member of the National Society of Black Engineers.
