How's it going, Mets fans! This week, we're very excited to bring our first active Major Leaguer on the show in the form of current Mets pitcher Trevor Hildenberger.
Before we talk to Trevor, we spend some time breaking down what Carlos Carrasco's injury means for the Mets' starting rotation. We also talk about the bullpen as a whole.
Once we bring Trevor onto the show, we hit quite a few topics with him. First, we talk about why he signed with the Mets and what the vibe around camp has been like.
We also talk about how he came to sidearm pitching while he was in college, and what being an unconventional pitcher is like.
We also discuss how 2020 affected him as a pitcher and as a person before remembering some guys.
Special thanks to Trevor Hildenberger for coming on the pod with us. Give him a follow on Twitter @t_hildy.
And make sure to give us a rate, review, and a follow wherever you listen to us to help the pod grow! Thanks and enjoy the episode, Mets fans!
