It started with the firings of Chili Davis and Tom Slater as the team's hitting coaches. Then, Jacob deGrom couldn't start in St. Louis because of a lat injury. But they split the series against the Cardinals regardless.
Then, Francisco Lindor and Jeff McNeil possibly fought and Patrick Mazeika played hero on Friday. But there were also rodents involved, or so we were told. Then the team swept Arizona but deGrom is still hurt. There is a lot going on.
