Meet Brenna Fox, owner of Island Ice, Inner Circle Member and the Ice Princess of North Captiva Island! Brenna came to me last year recently sober and wondering what the heck she was going to do next after a lifetime as a bartender. She was making $14/hour at a job she dreaded and wanted to do something that made her feel good inside.
She noticed a supply & demand issue on the small island where she lives in Florida. People and restaurants were constantly running out of ICE. Well 6 months later, Brenna has two commercial ice machines, a reverse osmosis system, three commercial freezers and a business that is FULLY supporting her.
