Going down the rabbit hole a little, and taking it into a space that is a bit heavier, because only in the existence of darkness can light exist :)
Abuse. Its a heavy one. It makes me twitch a little to put it out there, mainly because there are moments in time that happen to us, but it is essential to recognise that it does not define you.
Own your story, it is a part of you to respect, but remember to not to lead with it. To let it be a description of your being.
It is just something that happened to you. You define you.
