Most people have experienced a moment or season where they felt “burnout”. It

happens when a person suffers physical or mental collapse as a result of overwork, stress or

physiological exhaustion. In some cases, the effects can last for weeks and months and require

medical attention. God KNEW that our design requires a regular rhythm of restoration & repair, and

created something called “SABBATH” for all mankind to enjoy, yet few people actually practice it well.

This series is designed to train ALL of us as individuals and families on the four main practices of

SABBATH, and help us change our lifestyle from BURNOUT to BLESSED.
