Listeners,I am so excited to introduce a friend and fellow Ursuline Academy alum, Megan Kuiper in our first zoom recorded podcast! Megan has an amazing story to share with you all about self-discovery, self-love, and making health, fitness, wellness, motherhood, and herself a priority! By becoming a health and wellness coach, she has forged unforgettable relationships with her "Pump It Posse", that she leads, along the similar journey she took to finding herself. As a fellow Ursuline Lion, after graduation Megan pursued her Bachelor’s degree at The College of Charleston where she jumped into the Business and Spanish degrees alongside an Exchange program at the University of Minnesota which propelled her career in the Twin Cities at Target! The birth of her three sons are what led Megan to delve into her health journey after giving birth!
