Listeners, I am grateful to share this candid conversation with one of my friends and colleagues, Pam Weber. Pam is a wife, a mother of two, as well as the Senior Vice President of PNC Bank. She leads a very full and busy life (exactly how she prefers it), in addition to serving several philanthropic endeavors that are extremely important to her, one of which being Easterseals. Pam shares her story of growing up in a small town in Ohio, choosing to pursue finance at Miami University (and what a challenging time that was), in addition to her 30 year career at PNC, as well as when philanthropy and serving community became important to her. Pam is a bright light, she is a connector of people and one who is ALWAYS willing to have the conversation… to be in the ring and to fight for justice!
