Local Author & Historian Aubrey LaFoy has published his 8th book "Over the Waterways at the Iowa Great Lakes. He was kind enough to meet me at the newly renovated Clare Wilson Park and discuss otherwise lost history of our area without Aubrey's dedication and research. If you travel the bridge between East & West or fish on the grade on the north end of Big Spirit & wonder about the history behind them, you will want to read this book.
