The Effect of lockdown has effected all of us in different ways. To me getting through the day is good enough. Since the lockdown I have been up and down at first I felt there was a real pressure to come out of this period looking and feeling better than I have before. I started to feel horrible about everything and soon I recognised signs of depression and Anxiety started to build up. I couldn't wake up on time and I didn't manage to complete my daily routine. I have to do something different quickly by shifting my mind to something different by taking two weeks from my podcast and do something with my indoors vegetables and plants. As I said we all have that Survival methods to use. It's difficult times for everyone the best is acknowledge how struggles and emotions. Come back for episode 2
