Jacob Chapman was born in a little village in Ethiopia called Waliso.
At age 6 his mother gave him up for adoption. He spent the next 3 years in what he calls a prison for kids. In this episode, he shares the culture, exploitation, and abuse of the orphanage.
Jacob’s story from being unwanted, to being adopted into a family, is a beautiful parallel to God’s redemptive story.
