 - Hydrate and MOVE! 

 - Protein-focused breakfast 

 - Stay moving during the workday 

 - Solid lunch - BIG A$$ salad! 

 - Workout - 2-5x/week 

 - Eat dinner but not too late! 

 - Turn off the electronics 1 hour before bed 

 - Go to bed at the same time every night
