Joannie Diaz (she/her/hers) is a Peruvian-American who started her career on Wall Street as a Trading Analyst and then pivoted her career to Diversity and Inclusion. In her current role, she helps advance the company’s global D&I initiatives by being a thought leader while providing advice and executing the strategy for D&I in the business to which she is aligned.
She has previous experience working as a D&I program manager at Bank of America and Brown Brothers Harriman. There she helped build, manage, and execute the global D&I strategy. Joannie Diaz, along with her two co-founders, started Be Moxie - an organization to help women of color flourish personally, professionally, and academically. She is passionate about creating access and a sense of belonging for individuals coming from all walks of life. Joannie Diaz graduated with a B.S in Finance and Economics from Syracuse University.
