Studies have shown that couples who do adventurous activities together stimulate bonding chemicals, which makes their time together more fun and happy and healthy. In this episode, I talk about the need to find time with your partner that brings out the adventure side and yourselves like mountain biking does for me and my boyfriend. I share our first mountain biking day and the crazy adventure we had and the lessons I’ve learned from it over the last four years of riding bikes together.
