Vadim Rey was born in Ukraine, raised in Los Angeles, and educated in Boston. Having grown up blocks from Hollywood, CA, he was surrounded by wealth and yet lived in subsidized housing. Though his family and deaf parents did not have the comforts of money, they provided him with the grit, determination, and love that come from an immigrant family. Vadim was commissioned as a Naval Officer in 2015 and will be resigning his commission in 2022 to make this world a better place through apartment investing, partnering with youth-focused non-profits, and traveling as much as possible. Vadim jumped into real estate after hearing enough about this strategy that allows active duty service members to buy a house every 2-5 years with no money down. Using the VA loan, he bought a townhouse in MD in 2018, learned from ADPI’s multifamily investing education program in 2019, and then he was off to the races. In 2020, Vadim house hacked a duplex using the VA loan again, secured his first GP position on a 23 unit syndication, and started Fair Winds Capital Investments with three other active-duty Naval Officers. In 2021, Fair Winds Capital Investments closed a 28-unit syndication deal, started Following Seas Property Management, and opened a real estate fund for both accredited and non-accredited investors to make this world a better place.

Pinny is an entrepreneur and multifamily real estate syndicator; he studied business management at Fairleigh Dickinson University. He then went on to be a sales representative for a building supplies company (Dependable Plastics). He was promoted to business development manager, where he supervised and grew a sales team that grossed over 5 million annually in sales.
After meeting many successful real estate professionals on the job, Pinny was inspired and decided to begin his own entrepreneurial journey. He began in 2019 by purchasing his first real estate deal, a single-family home in Pennsylvania. Concluding that he would have to acquire hundreds of such properties to reach his goals of financial freedom, he decided that multifamily syndication would be the more efficient vehicle to help him reach his goals. Today Pinny is truly enthusiastic about multifamily syndication and has made it his mission to help as many people as possible achieve financial freedom, thus enabling them to pursue their true passions in life.
Outside of real estate, Pinny is a gym rat, loves the outdoors, and enjoys baseball, swimming, and hiking.
