Thank you for joining us as we embark on a new 4-part series about Handling Emotions.  Today, we are discussing Worry and Anxiety.  Do you struggle with worry?  Has worry snowballed into full-blown anxiety?  If you do, you are certainly not alone.  In light of the tension and upheaval in America and around the world, many people are struggling with these two unsettling emotions.  

In this podcast, Dr. Irv will define the difference between worry and anxiety, share some practical steps for overcoming them, point out the spiritual battle that is waging when these emotions are present and help you know when to seek help for yourself or a loved one who is struggling.

Next week, we will turn our attention to depression and learn strategies to overcome it and claim victory through Jesus.  Please join us!
