The question I would like to discuss with you today is "How can I tell my mind to be quiet?” Are you one of those people who has an active brain that is always in thinking mode? Have you ever felt like you can always hear your mind talking, even though it doesn’t have its own ear? Yes, it is a real problem, and I can say that because I’m a living proof. I am not proud of the fact that I have wasted tremendous time overthinking a situation or decision, and I think you can agree that is not a good feeling to have. Overthinking is uncomfortable; but moreover, it can be a serious problem when it’s ignored. Besides the inability to have a quiet mind, overthinking has been proven to also produce some other negative effects, and it is all backed by multiple scientific research. But, like everything else, there is always a solution.
