From a modest beginning as a spring market to its current iteration as a multi-day music festival, SpringFest is going on two decades of being a yearly tradition in Chippewa run by the Rotary. Co-Coordinator Terry Huppert has been there since the start and he tells us what to look forward to this May 16-17 and how this even as helped raise over $400k to be donated back to the community.
