Through the support of collegiate coaches across the country, the John McLendon Minority Scholarship Foundation recently announced the launch of the McLendon Minority Leadership Initiative (MLI). This coach-driven initiative will provide minorities a jump-start to their careers through practical experiences, opportunities to build their network, and instilling the values of John McLendon: Integrity, Education, Leadership, and Mentorship. During this session, coaches and administrators discuss their vision for executing these opportunities and how they are “ALL IN” to increase minority representation in our industry and beyond.
