Lizzie Muse joins The Mezz for a rare, non-musical conversation to talk all things Kundalini! We go over everything from Mantra to Mudra, Kriyas and Meditations, and more. This conversation was so fun and so meaningful and I sincerely hope you learned something new. If you stick around to the end, there's a special one minute meditation which I've included written guidelines for in notes here! Meditation instructions: sit in a comfortable seat (e.g. easy pose or by sitting on your heels), take your right hand and place your right thumb on right nostril (make sure fingers are pointing towards the heavens), breath deeply in and out through your LEFT nostril; set timer for 1 minute and see how you feel
