On the last new episode of the year, I take on my first solo episode to recap the craziness of 2020. I talk about the origins of This One's For You and how its creation/development was spurred out of the uncertainty of this year. I also talk about how we have gotten to this point in the year when reflecting on the virus, social justice, the election, no sports, bars, or fun, and now ALIENS?!? An important final piece of the episode is a highlight on your personal development in terms of taking time to reflect and having a realization of where you want to go.
