1. You’re not broken. There’s nothing to fix and nothing has gone wrong. You’re a human.
2. You are 100% worthy NO MATTER WHAT!

4. There are no wrong decisions - we either succeed or we learn.
5. You will find a beautiful new level of peace in your life when you stop living for approval of others.
6. Change is hard, but it’s necessary to get us to where we want to be and who we want to be.
