We know it’s the end of January, but we saved this episode on goal setting, for the last week of January ON PURPOSE! Your desire to keep achieving your goals and resolutions for the new year may be starting to diminish. We have the answer that will keep you going strong and working hard towards your goals.

For anything you want to achieve in your life, will-power alone is not likely to get you the outcome you’re seeking. You have to love your reasons! So when your brain offers you thoughts of why you shouldn’t achieve your goals, you will be able to fall back on the reasons you love to keep going and achieve what you set out to accomplish.

Remember that the most important relationship you have is with yourself so, when thoughts arise with excuses as to why you shouldn’t achieve or accomplish whatever it is you’re working towards, remind yourself that YOU SHOW UP FOR YOU. Even when you don’t want to, you honor your relationship with yourself by following through with commitments you’ve made to yourself.
