We all have experiences in life that can bring up fear, doubt, and insecurity. When we can recognize these feelings only arise as we allow our minds to offer us thoughts, we can become aware and compassionate, thanking our brain for trying to keep us safe. Then, we can remember that our brain just wants to do what’s easy and comfortable, and stretch ourselves outside our comfort zone to create confidence in our ability to trust that we will make the best decision that we can, and then move forward either in success or with an opportunity for learning and growth. So instead of telling yourself I can’t or I don’t know or spinning in worry and indecision, offer to yourself that you do know and you already have all of the answers that you need to have the confidence to make decisions and create the life you want! Trust yourself! You got this!
