Resistance is exhausting! We spend so much time trying to control people and circumstances and when it doesn’t work, we resist feeling the negative emotions we created by thinking people or things SHOULD be different than they are. What a waste! When we can just allow people and things to be as they are and work on who we want to be, we create mental space and are therefore better able to get to work figuring things out.

So here is how you stop resisting to get your brain working FOR YOU instead of against you...
1. Reframe your questions
2. Validate yourself
3. Create an abundant mindset
4. Remember that the worst thing that can happen is a negative emotion

Bottom line…you change how you treat you and what you tolerate and the others around you will either fall in line or drop out of your life.
