When evaluating if your thoughts are limiting you, ask yourself these two questions…
1. Does it help you become more of who you want to be?
2. Does it help you love yourself and others more?
Here are a few areas you can consider…
*Allowing negative self talk or putting yourself down, whether it’s how you look or if you think you’re a good wife or mother or friend, etc.
*Beating yourself up over what you “should” be doing or regretting past decisions.
*Judging yourself and others.
*Making decision based on what you THINK you know someone else will do or say or how they’ll act or respond.
Then you can ask yourself SO WHAT NOW?!? Choose to be the boss of your brain. Get your own back and validate yourself. Everything has happened exactly as it should have and you can continue to make the best decisions possible. Mind your own business. And make the decisions that are best for you and feel most like love for everyone.
