Pocono Television Network launched a three part series on farming in the Northern Poconos, three Pocono Perspectives at three farms in Wayne County, part of the Agrolegacy of the region. Chris Barrett wanted to learn more about the importance of farms and farmers in the Poconos and visited three farms in Wayne County. The third – Highland Farm in the Milanville area – is a dairy farm. The Bryant family has turned that milk into award-winning cheeses at Calkins Creamery.
