What is genomics? Is it the same as genetics? What is the difference? In this episode we will take a deep dive into the world of genomic medicine and science, including some fun areas like stem cells, cloning, and one of my favorite topics, CRISPR or gene editing. We will also discuss a real life Jurassic park, but instead of cloning dinosaurs to create the park, we’ll talk about ice age mammals being consider for cloning to stock the park with wildlife all possible because of CRISPR.
