This weeks episode and final one for 2023, is just a recap on my AYM experience and my words of advice on those wanting to do AYM… From my 1st trip in 2006 till my most recent one in October 2023… AYM has helped me grow personally but also grow in friendships and etc… hope you enjoy and listen.. see you next year in 2024!!
