Journaling not only helps with well being but gives you the opportunity to keep track of your weight loss journey. It makes you accountable, by recording your thoughts, habits, what you have eaten, exercise, your moods. You are able to take control of your health, wellbeing and mental health.

You are also able to record and see your progress, in other words, goals  you have achieved and where you need to make improvements.
