I dedicated hours, days, and currently a second week to this process of reflecting, planning, strategizing, goal-setting, and adopting the best perspectives & mindset for a great month and start to Q3. I started analyzing everything: routines, distractions, daily activities, focus points, habits, diet, what I’m consuming, who I’m around… the list is endless.
