  1. Stay physically active: Don't let the dark get you down this time of year!
  2. Bring in some plants: Look for winter house plants and succulents that don’t need a ton of maintenance.
  3. Organize your winter clothes: It’s not shopping, but it gets me excited to wear all these clothes I haven’t seed for a bit.
  4. Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate: Drink Water Often!
  5. Get cozy: Create a mood for yourself with the right lightingWatch your favorite Holiday films!
  6. Clean up your room: Your room should be a space that energizes you. No one wants to be productive amongst clutter.
  7. Rest: My number one non negotiable! It's okay to get a few extra Zzz's this time of year.
  8. Quiet Time is a Blessing: Enjoy a chance to slow down. Appreciate that time.
  9. Sooth your senses: I flood my apartment with candles and air diffusers this time of year. All things holiday and all things Christmas!
  10. Visualize warmth: Sounds crazy, but it works!
