We take the time to Self-Care in order to rejuvenate ourselves in big scales but also in small scales. Use these small act to grant yourself a daily hug!
Here's a few of my favorite self-care hacks that are under rated:

Get out and walk - Dog or no dog... get out there.
Feel Good Playlist - I list several of my favorites in the episode
Cooking yourself a good Clean Meal 
That hot evening shower or bath
Unplugging for 10-15 minutes - Several different ways how to do this successfully
Finding a good guided meditation - how to find what works for you. For me it's all about the voice that's guiding me.
Our nightly self care routine - how I found success in washing my face and brush my teeth, I do it earlier then before bedtime.
Make yourself a self-care folder - all the feel good things go in here. Mine is digital (notes, videos, voicemails, photos, quotes, etc.)
Watching something Mindless - for me it's cartoon movies (mostly Pixar) but for others its trash T.V.
Journal - Sharing my morning and evening routines. Tips for those of you that are new to journaling, I share a few simple exercises.
Breaking your habit when traveling - There's so much more to explore. Going different ways on dog walks or driving to and from work, doing a fitness class in a different spot than you normally gravitate to. 
Have a mini dance party - Such a joy to release and let go. Allow yourself to find your inner goofball to get you more confident in your
