2. Organize your tasks in order of priority over a cup of coffee: self care while you plan how you will tackle your day
3. Physically change the scenery when you take a break
4. When you think you have nothing left for the day, do just one more task before beginning that self care unwind. Pick something small
5. When you decide to take an actual full day off once a month, don’t over plan it. Go with the flow and actually take the break.
Remember you get to be alive, we get to do things. When I wish it would all just stop I look at it as though I’d rather have something to do than nothing at all. When we do a lot but don’t complete anything we go to be feeling stressed and anxietal. When we go to bed accomplishing half of our to to do list, we have accomplished something.
A little progress each day adds to a big result, and that result my friends is Luxury. Finding that luxury in life with a little self care each day!
