Back from a long beach weekend in Strathmere, NJ. Uncovering the balance we find when we take the time to dress our minds for the day. Often we get to this place of feeling overwhelmed which causes us to spiral. Today I share a few tricks and how I'm able to harness myself when things go awry. The self-care, morning routine, or brief breathing exercises in times of stress really help us to take on all of life's challenges. Even though we wish the world could just STOP sometimes, the reality is it won't and it never will. Although, we can take action to prepare us for those moments.
