A New Jersey native, Butler University Grad, and what we call a true New Yorker, as she just celebrated her 10 years in Hells Kitchen, Manhattan! Kate started teaching back when she went to Butler University in Indianapolis. Kate has been a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor in NYC for over a decade, spent with corporations, individual clients, and master classes. This translates to strong skills in teaching all different types of people, empathy, adaptability, and being the calm in any and all chaos. She loves adding to my fitness and nutrition knowledge, educating people, and sharing in their joys of reaching goals. In her free time, you’ll find Kate exploring new places, including NYC, uncovering great wine bars, or swing dancing the night away!
