Your schedule should make you feel happy and invigorated. Not overwhelmed and exhausted! But if it does, then anxiety is often not far behind.

You may often feel under the weather, be easily agitated, feel like everything (even the fun stuff) is a chore, incredibly anxious, have a breakdown, feel the days blur together, and maybe feel like your constantly eating but never having an actual meal.
