I'm BACK!! I'm sorry for the long hiatus. My self-care for the past few weeks has been to honor a few things on my own as we mourned another loss.
This EP is all about feelings of shame and guilt. We are going to begin to do the work to free ourselves from it. I've felt a lot of shame for many things I will get into, but I also felt guilty for things I was and was not doing. I felt guilty that I didn't have anything to share at the time that would inspire any of you, and I needed to just focus on myself for a bit while grieving.
