WOW, I can not believe we are launching the 50th episode!! For starters, Happy Turkey Day, I am so grateful for each and every one of you listeners and sponsors!

Eyebrows may raise when I mention positive psychology, though research has confirmed detectable benefits for our health and well-being when adding gratitude into our daily practice instead of merely once a year: studies charted daily gratitude and it’s capability to improve willpower; aid in problem-solving; raise energy levels; decrease stress; jumpstart our immunity; and enhance sleep.

Science shows that we can create our own rush of positivity by purposely shifting our mindset from negative to positive.
