We can create good habits but also notice bad habits. The hard part is taking the time to notice. After taking my first in studio yoga class this week in over a year. I realized all the habits I used to have walking into a class a decade ago verses the ones I’ve developed today, as an instructor. Remembering why I showed up to the class and on my mat in the first place verses comparing myself to others. We all have habits both good and bad. Today we unfold a few of my own; pulling back the layers and finding the root of those habits. Is it serving me or is it just out of habit??
