Our relationship with money is toxic, stressful but something we need. Today we expand on our relationship with money and tangible goals to see more money in our future. I guide us through daily habits and tools we can implement to change our mindset.
Follow these steps to make it happen. Start from the challenges and climb you way out with small achievable goals!Smart Goals (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time-bounded): Write down specific goals about money. Find ways to measure these goals; by when, money, etc. Make sure your goal is attainable; inspire, not pressure you. Make sure your goal is relevant to your passion. Set a timeframe that keeps you moving but doesn’t create pressure.
State your intention every morning: Use visualization every day, one minute in the morning and one minute at night on your vision. Refer to that key image throughout the day and let yourself connect to those emotions and that resourceful state of mind. Use Affirm Clear stating the positive as already accomplished fact for one minute. Do the work about the experience you want to be having because it’s going to inspire you and excited you!
