Her background as a professional dancer for over a decade gives her an edge of elevated body awareness and versatility in her coaching approach with clients and classes. She’s been an instructor at Physique 57 boutique fitness studios in NYC, and is currently a coach at F45 Training. She offers weekly Zoom classes, follow-along workout videos, 1-on-1 personalized nutrition coaching, and can also be booked for 1-on-1 training through the Motify fitness app! Her high energy and enthusiasm for helping people on their fitness and healthy lifestyle journey is infectious, and helps motivate and inspire clients to keep progressing and pushing towards their best selves!
