This episode is all about making our schedule, and why it's important, in order to achieve our goals. After flying for the first time in a year I realized how much I was able to accomplish without the distractions of the inter-webs, mostly Social Media. 

My main focus; what are our essentials? For me a Non negotiable is getting 7-8 hours of sleep daily. Meaning I go to be an hour early and I get up an hour earlier to accomplish things in the morning before i get "sucked into my day" Asking ourselves, What is serving you and what is not? I Meditate daily, mostly mid day when I’m starting to get distracted or simply take my dog for a walk. Make a weekly to do list; schedule everything on google calendars. Even breaks, showers and my daily self care.

In order to accomplish all my lists, I do my most important tasks first. By clearing off my desk, I cant get anything done in a clutter-free space. Sometimes this includes my phone. Any call I’m on, work, zoom, interview… my devices are on airplane mode. Try to focus on one thing at a time, instead of having 20 tabs open or half completed tasks.

Setting up up a system and focusing on planing out my week sets me up for success. And Sometime saying no, is all the self care we need. Knowing we can do anything, but we can't do everything!
